As the Chief AI Officer (CAIO) and AI R&D Business Unit Lead at Eggplant, Jonathon has been instrumental in driving innovation and growth within the company’s Agentic AI platform, leading R&D divisions in Santa Rosa, Oxford, and Madrid. Wes is the Founder & CEO of GitAuto, a QA coding agent that lists untested files and generates test case PRs in 10 minutes—10x faster at 1% of the cost. He studied electrical engineering, nuclear fusion, and superconductivity at Kyoto University. He began his career in investment banking at Barclays, covering banks, insurers, and REITs, then joined Revamp, a retail consulting startup founded by UNIQLO’s ex-CEO, leading business, e-commerce, and system overhauls. At Daiso, he built core systems from scratch including product master, import/export, and warehouse/shop ordering. He then switched to software engineering, building a new 3D BIM+iPad-based construction product at Spider Plus. His first startup, Q, an AI chat tool for Slack, was installed by 17K companies and used over 1M times. Now based in San Francisco. Minimalist—literally owns just one suitcase.

Larry is a member of BCS – The Chartered Institute for IT (MBCS), co-founder & CEO of the KLASSI brand, Creator of 'klassi-js' a open-source Test Automation Framework, Larry is also a Mentor (Aleto Foundation, Black Girls in Tech and Private Individuals) and Speaker at Tech Conferences and meet-ups dealing with and highlighting Test Automation.
